"For the most part your, neighbors keep to themselves, It's friendly enough. There was make there are parks within close proximity. there are schools in close to moderate driving distance. stores ar pretty close. 5 minutes away from the freeway."

"It's pretty far away from a lot of things but it's quiet and no one really bothers you out here but the drive time from Hesperia to adelanto is almost 30 minutes and school traffic is the worse when trying to go anywhere early in the morning "

"This place is perfect if you like to be isolated otherwise there are no sidewalks people are constantly speeding Through residential areas making it very difficult to go for a walk there's no street lights so once it is sunset there's no lay outside other than for your porch light in other ways impossible to stay safe and go for a walk after sunset additionally even if you do get to go for a walk and take that chance the gates are always open and you will be chased by dogs "

"Properties in Hesperia are large & perfect for multiple dogs to play & run around. However, some residents in Hesperia have horses & house them in the rear of their property, which can be a problem for some dog owners, and vice versa. "

"I’m to new to the neighborhood to really know. I was here for the 4th of July and I like it here. Our community is very warm and peaceful. Everyone just goes about, with whatever they are doing. It’s very comfortable and nice. Halloween happens to be coming up,it wouldn’t surprise me if it turns out our new neighborhood rocks!!"
