"Not dog friendly. Narrow walkways, cars drive fast and a lot of stray cats with fleas. They also put a lot of chemicals on the plants and my dog got sick multiple times. "

"Been here for 4 years and it's a great family neighborhood with parks near. We walk our dog every night and watch the improvements everywhere. People are buying up and remodeling houses on almost every block. Close to shopping, freeways, beaches, malls, stores. When you see them build 40 new $1 million dollar homes here- there's no doubt the area is up and coming."

"It is evident in many parts of the town that the inhabitants have various substance abuse issues. I personally would walk anywhere in the neighborhood with my children but also be sure that I am educating them about how to be a responsible young adults."

"I drive 25 miles each way to work in Anaheim. No way besides a 3 hr bus ride to get there. It takes 45 minutes there and about an hour home. "
