My son was being bullied by a 5th grader they kept saying that it would get handled but it didn't the boy spit threw water even was pinching my 7 yr old He's in the 2nd grade and we had to move him from the school because he said that he didn't want to go threw anymore it's very sad

My children attended Gaenslen for Summer Academy, but unfortunately, we withdrew them after just a few days due to several concerning experiences.From the beginning, communication was poor—we never received a confirmation of acceptance and ended up showing up a day or so late. When we did arrive, the reception was cold. On multiple mornings, my family was met with unwelcoming stares and what felt like resentment from staff. It was disheartening, especially when your children walk in happy and excited, only to be met with energy that feels quite the opposite.The turning point for us came when my 8-year-old daughter shared that a staff member yelled in her face over something as simple as taking a second milk—something that was allowed. She tried to explain, but was cut off and repeatedly told to sit down in a harsh and intimidating tone. She described the staff member bending down to yell at her with hands on their knees, face-to-face. My daughter cried the entire walk home, saying she had never been spoken to like that by an adult.After that incident, I chose not to return. The indifference we experienced from the office staff and guards made it clear that raising a concern would likely lead to more frustration. I chose to protect my peace and my children’s emotional well-being.I don’t recommend this program based on our experience. Children were expected to display a level of behavior and emotional control that was not mirrored by some of the adults charged with caring for them.

this school is so unsafe the assistant principal talk any kind of way to the children and when my parents came to him about the class being disturbed he js rubbed it off i do not recommend this school for your children they let people who don’t even got to the school come in and look for another student who knows what could of happened if that student was there or if the teacher didn’t stop them this is just unacceptable

I used to go to this school when i was 9/12 i am now 14, It's horrible i never got the proper education i needed and deserved i didn't know how to count money, proper spelling, cursive. The teachers are bad the only teacher i remember being good LEFT because the students were so rude and mean to her. The students got into fights 24/7 and were disrespectful asf. The bullying was insane also my brother is autistic and he always got bullied because he obv stood out.. they did nothing, I got bullied.. they did nothing even when i would tell them. Overall don't go to this school.
