4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI hate that these websites only use test scores to rank schools. Grant Elementary is an excellent school with excellent teachers. The principal is high-energy and fun-loving and the kids love him. He's easy to talk to. My second grader has shown consistent growth and is performing well above grade level, all because of the teachers. Teachers are kind and patient and they also have high expectations. I have had nothing but great experiences with the teachers so far. The school welcomes volunteers with open arms. I have volunteered at the school and seen the excellent teaching with my own eyes. We've also loved the family nights that they have every month like Bingo Night, movie night, fall festival, and winter festival. We have volunteered and met many other families this way.Parent Review6y ago - Harvey Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt's okay, but one thing that bothers me is the school's consistently bad test scores. The school does not seem to be able to make any real progress in this area. I do, however, like that the school has a uniform policy. Though I wish more American schools would do this, it does not really alter too much the environment of the school.Parent Review11y ago - Edward Bain School Of Language And Art

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter transferred to EBSOLA in 3rd grade from an out-of-state immersion school. She is a native English speaker, and she was challenged to become proficient in Spanish. She rose to the challenge and is bilingual in just a year and a half. Here's what you should know: A large percentage of students enter school with a knowledge of Spanish, so your native English speaker will need to catch up. If you are not bilingual, you will need a translator app to assist your student with homework. The school shares a building with another elementary school that has had shocking behavioral problems. There is, at times, not enough communication from the administration and teachers.Parent Review10y ago - All Saints Catholic School, North Campus
