my child has attended Nelson for two years. I have had ups and downs. It really depends on the teacher. S.ed department is good. The teacher-student ratio is too high. The front desk could be nicer.

Nelson Elementary is by far the best elementary school my children have attended. From the office staff that great you upon arrival to the playground staff that keep our children safe the students are always first on their minds. As a parent volunteer it is nice to see the Principal traveling the ha
