Very heavy on outdated practices like "behavior charts" (which have been proven to be harmful long term) and leading by fear. Unfortunately these practices have all been shown to lead to slower learning, childhood depression, bullying amongst peers, and creating a hostile environment in which children feel unsafe. We witnessed all of these things firsthand from the teacher level, all the way through the principal.
