Reams Road Elementary School

The buses are 45 min last in the morning and afternoon in the beginning of the school year. During the school year it's just a frequent surprise. The children are subjected to extraordinary long days in extreme weather. Parents especially single patent just given it is what it is explanation. Funds need to be allocated to stop this clown show.

Greenfield Elementary. The principal is very pleasant, has a genuine smile and says hello.The person in charge of making sure the kids go the the correct vehicle needs to pay a little more attention.Another thing I observed is some parents come on the school grounds half naked. Backs, stomach showing and some have no bras on. Wow, I have never seen anything like that in Chesterfield before. For a minute I thought I was in the hood in Richmond.

We have been a Gordon family for many years and have had multiple children attend Gordon. We love the small community feel and love that the teachers truly care about the students and their families. We love Gordon!

We've had a very positive experience at Providence Elementary. The teachers seem to really care about their students. My son has excelled both socially and academically and enjoys attending.

We love Evergreen and everything they stand for! We will have 3 kids there in the fall. The neighborhood is lovely, the teachers and staff are phenomenal, and the families are involved! I love the emphasis on our multi-cultural community. They are being taught love, acceptance, and "ally-ship" which is above and beyond the regular curriculum. I've only had experience in general and gifted education and we have been very pleased so far.

My son is in pre-k and he knows numbers 1-40 and can identify them, can write his whole alphabet on a blank paper and know all the sounds the letters make, can write his first, middle, and last name, and knows a few “sight words” they are well beyond public school kids when they reach kindergarten.

We spent nearly a year going through the application process. The administration was horrible at communicating with us and I had to frequently reach out past expected timelines to schedule the next step. During the child interview, the owner was distant, barely answered our questions and largely ignored us. It took nearly two months for anyone to get back to us about enrollment, and this was after we had reached out multiple times requesting updates and information.
