My child was in the special needs until I found out she wad threatened by the aid to not tell me or her father anything or she would be punished and put in time out. The principal Karen Miller chose to defend the aid over the child. This school also has issues with to many children in special needs

I appreciate the diversity of the school. The world is made up of diversity and I want my kids to experience that.

There are some really good teachers and staff members but if you have a child who is struggling, more than likely they will be sent to another clas

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe wanted to love this school. Unfortunately, if your child is not a robot the teacher's and principal will not know what to do. It feels very "old fashioned" in the approach to disipline. My biggest concern is a total lack of Catholic identify. The teachers, Vice Principal and Principal sure expect students to be living a Christian life, when they themselves don't emulate the same. Administration is constantly yelling and lecturing students. Nearly daily my students have a story of somebody yelling at them for something. In no way is this what you would expect from a Catholic school and I have heard that even more families will be moving after what has been experienced this year. Some of the new teachers who have come in are great. Some have already quit. The new principal has done well at sprucing up the campus, but that's about as much as she has done to help this school thrive. They need a new administration who actually cares about the families.
