Traverse Mountain School

LOVE Eaglecrest. It is by far our favorite of our children's education experience. Having lived in various places all over the country, we've settled in Lehi and couldn't be happier. we love Eaglecrest and love the atmosphere this community has. The administration is top notch, but our overall favorite is Mrs. Green, the librarian. She is so friendly and makes our kids feel so special. Battle of the books is a big bonus.

Terrible teachers and office staff. They don’t care about your child there.

We are starting our 5th year here at North Pointe. We are renting our house and have stayed only because of this school and how well our children are cared for by the teachers and staff. These professionals (principled by Mr. Roper) genuinely love our kids and believe in educating the whole student not just academically but emotionally, physically and socially as well. The PTA is amazing and parent involvement here is outstanding giving teachers support they need to be more successful. If you live in this school's zone, count yourself LUCKY!

Very very weak in STEM education. The computer teacher let students read books on their own and provided minimal instructions in class. Mathematics classes use very old textbook. The Mathematics teacher is not good at mathematics at all and confused students most of the time. Students wasted a lot of time learning cursive writing while they could have learned something far more important.

I put all 3 of my kids in the Summit Academy schools when we first moved to Utah. Our neighborhood school was so large and competitive on every level that I worried my kids would never get the chance to participate in plays, sports, clubs, etc. We've loved Summit because our kids could be a part of almost anything, if they wanted to. The teachers are amazing. Many of them have changed my kids' lives for the better. The principal and staff are wonderful. The German DLI program is unique and sets it apart from many other elementary schools out there. AND you get to go to Germany in junior high for a field trip that is BY FAR the most amazing fieldtrip EVER!!!!!! Love Summit!!!

My kids have been at Belmont since it opened in 2018 and have been involved in the French DLI. I have had experiences with other schools in the area and they have not been as good as Belmont. Incredible culture, teachers, test prep, PTA involvement and can’t beat the views! My only complaint is the preschool special ed teacher isn’t as involved as she could be.
