Student was excited to return to school after Covid. Two years at Phillips and he was completely disengaged. Tina Nixon was an awful principal who kept herself separate from the parents and students. The PTA checks your social media and will block you from participating if you have a different political view than them. The principal condones this and so does the PTA board. If you can transfer to another school please do so. Your student deserves better.

We have had two children go through this elementary and it is exceptional.

I have been at this school for 2 years and I will say the students aren’t the friendliest. I don’t have much friends there in my grade because not everybody has is super kind or Christ-centered. Most of the teachers are Christ-centered, I will say, but some of them aren’t the best at their job. Almost all the staff is very kind and welcoming though. The education is pretty good I guess. And yeah, the overall environment isn’t overwhelming, it’s pretty chill. We’re a fairly small school. We would love some new students!

This review reflects my personal experience.I have serious concerns about this school. In my opinion, there are issues with how some students are treated, particularly in sixth grade. Bullying appears to be a problem, and I did not see effective action from the administration to address it.The academic level also seems lower compared to other schools in the area, and overall, this did not feel like a supportive or safe environment for children.

Fantastic campus with amazing teachers and management! The PTO is very active, giving kids plenty of wonderful experiences and opportunities throughout the year.
