The teachers are sensitive and truly care. It helps that they are electronically connected to the parents. My child's teacher is not there for a paycheck. She gives us work for the next school level to challenge our child.

The campus has the option of having your children in dual language program and not to be confused with bilingual, which they do have. When it comes to testing, they prepare the children and parents ahead of time. Two of my children have and currently are attending this school, and both have enjoyed being a part of this school. My daughter has excelled in this school, she won 1st place in Math Bee 2014 for all 3rd grade classes in U.I.S.D. Ms. Guerrero and her fifth grade class were exceptional during grandparents visit. The communication and coordination for today’s event has been greatly enhanced by the efforts of each member of Kazen Elementary School. The teachers are caring, the parents are involved, and a sense of community is truly fostered by teachers, administration and staff. Having said that- the parking lot IS a zoo after school.
