Posted by a student on 5/29/2015Our school has great teachers and staff. They are caring about students and safety as well as their learning. Would like to see more after school tutoring starting earlier in the year for those with problems understanding basic subjects.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children who have been at shady Brook since basically the start of their education (and a third who will attend in a few short years) and I can say that shady Brook is an amazing school, the teachers and faculty go above and beyond and I know my students are genuinely loved and cared for! My oldest is leaving for junior high next year but I am so glad I continue to get to be a Shetland with my youngest kids for a few more years. I love their no bullying tolerance and their positive attitude towards rehabilitation and helping each student through those problems.
