My daugher is love this school. Teacher is very nice

I went to school here and enjoyed it. However, I am un-enrolling my son with autism out of the life skills program. He is not happy here.

I enrolled my son in 2024 to start Pre-K, and we were so excited for his first day of school. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the assigned teacher was nowhere to be found. Different teachers were coming in and out of the classroom, clearly unsure of what was happening. Parents never received any notification, email, or explanation from the school about why things were unorganized or unprepared on the first day.When we entered the classroom with our child to see if an adult would be present, we noticed that the toilet was dirty — smeared with feces. I reported it multiple times, and although staff said they would take care of it, they never followed up, informed parents, or showed us that the restroom had been cleaned.Later, my son was moved to a different class without any prior notice or communication with us. Pick-up time was another ongoing issue — it always felt unfair. I was consistently one of the first cars in line, waiting more than 45 minutes for my son, yet teachers would bring out the children of cars that arrived after us first. The office staff often appeared to have an attitude and were unhelpful.There was also a serious incident when my son’s ear was hurting badly during school. He was crying, but we were never contacted — even though I had the principal and teacher connected through the Remind app, which we had successfully used before. When we picked him up and took him to the ER, the doctor explained that any small sound would have caused him significant pain throughout the day.My son frequently told me he didn’t like that school, and eventually, I decided to withdraw him. Since transferring, he’s been much happier and excited to go to school again.
