I went to this school for 3th 4th and half of 5th grade I have long since forgotten his name but the man who was the head of the blue team of whatever was really fun, there was a 3rd grade teachers that really cared about each of usOverall, awesome school!

Posted by a parent on 12/10/2024Mr. Jimmy Ross is the absolute worst principal ever. All school term I reported that there were a group of children bullying my child. He did nothing. He is also very dishonest… I hope and pray he is not the principal next school term or when my youngest start going to this school…

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’m very disappointed with our experience at this school. I was never informed of any behavior concerns while they were happening. Instead, issues were allowed to build up until they became “a big deal” that suddenly required paperwork and formal processes. Teachers from 1st grade and up have been cold and unwelcoming, making it difficult for my child to feel supported. The administration is extremely unhelpful, and getting any information or assistance feels like pulling teeth. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur family enrolled our son into Kindergarten at HCCS in the middle of the year due to our disgust with the public schools in Frisco. This was a great decision! The classes are small, the curriculum is progressive yet religious-based, and they offer Spanish and Music classes as well. The parents are very involved in the school and the teachers are caring and communicative. Due to its size, it does not have all the amenities of a public school. If there was a larger playground and maybe a science lab, I would be ecstatic! But it is everything public schools should be: secure, progressive, parent-driven, academically challenging, and nurturing.Parent Review11y ago
