The Principal, Mrs. Grimes, is outstanding. The first thing I noticed was how many students’ names she knows. She might know every student’s name at Peterson. Lots of teachers live nearby and are invested in our kids. There are several exceptional teachers as well. Definitely one of the best element

I believe this starts in the home with other parents not teaching their children and I also believe it is up to the staff members to correct this behavior rather than let
Posted by a parent on 3/29/2021My son was here for 2 years and my daughter is running 2nd years of school (kindergarten and now 1st grade). I visited several times and still touch with school. My experience is great with all of staff and students whom I deal with and even students greeted everybody respectfully .

Students have a fun time with all of the extra things they get to to in and out of school. The library is very taken care of and supper nice staff and custodians. The staff and teachers at BPE have a positive energy that is truly contagious. I’m especially impressed with the academic progress he’s made; he learned to read, perform simple addition/subtraction, and count to 100—all with minimal homework.
