Horizon Heights Elementary School

Please parents I and several other Parents have had problems with this school district with the special education. Please we need to all get together. If your kids are getting special education with this school district don't go to the meeting alone take a friend, an advocate, or a consultant. It's your right to do so the clint district lies and hides wrong doings. Please other parents look into it and investigate like several parents are. We need to stand up with our kids that have special needs

Frank Macias has no communication until the day before an event. Also why are other schools having graduations for their pre and kindergarten students and not us. And folks get ready if your child goes to Carrol T. Welch for 4th, it is worse.

The principal needs to be more understanding. The school needs to stop demeaning students with learning disabilities and address the bullying problem. It doesn't matter when a child starts school; we don't know what's happening at home. Be kind and live up to your expectations for students.

Terrible experience with this school. Constant bullying issue that has yet to be fixed. Unsupportive staff which is extremely disappointing. As a place that is supposed to help educate and build confidence in children they have done a terrible job. It is schools like this that make El Paso worse that it already is.

This school is very nice to send my child. Even the office staff was all dressed up for Dr. Seuss celebrations and fun activities for the kids. It is really clean too. :)
