Frank Macias has no communication until the day before an event. Also why are other schools having graduations for their pre and kindergarten students and not us. And folks get ready if your child goes to Carrol T. Welch for 4th, it is worse.

If your kids are getting special education with this school district don't go to the meeting alone take a friend, an advocate, or a consultant. It's your right to do so the clint district lies and hides wrong doings. Please other parents look into it and investigate like several parents are.
