2 years ago this school was great, Mrs Martinez was focused on the special education and family engagement now this new principal doesn't care about that just assistance.

Avoid This School — Looks Can Be DeceivingThis school may have a beautiful campus, but that’s where the positives end. The staff is overwhelmingly made up of teachers who seem exhausted and disinterested in teaching. Many of them appear to be simply going through the motions, and the quality of education and care reflects that.The World History teacher is a prime example — an elderly woman who has stopped teaching altogether. Instead, she gives students videos to watch, yells at them constantly, and even raises her voice at concerned parents. She clearly plays favorites, giving special attention only to students who offer expensive gifts.The Religion teacher piles on homework as if no other subjects exist, and her religious views are pushed to the point of fanaticism. It’s less about education and more about indoctrination.The Algebra teacher often veers off-topic to talk about her difficult upbringing and seems to carry resentment toward girls who come from two-parent households. It creates a tense and unfair learning environment.As for one of the English teachers, their behavior is shockingly unprofessional. They’re known for yelling at students for even minor things and have no issue being rude to parents as well.This is a Catholic school that severely lacks compassion and humanity. Most of the teachers seem to enjoy the power they hold over the students rather than nurturing their growth. It feels more like a toxic environment than a place for learning.If you care about your child’s mental health and emotional well-being, do not be fooled by the appearance of the campus. Avoid sending your daughter here — it’s not worth the trauma.

I am a current student at Radford School. Radford School is a small private school. It has very nice teachers but, most of them are above the age of 70, plus not very qualified/good teachers. Most of the highschool students take multiple classes online which have to connection to the professors and most don't need to put alot of effort. I would only recommend this school for students that are going to pre-k , elementary, and 6th grade. For highschool, I don't think its worth the money. There are only a few teachers that actually teach well, alot of the others is just faking it till you make it. For all the hype, I expected that the school be very nice and clean. The staff are working very hard, but the school is stuck on tradition and keeping the building how it was 100 years ago. The same carpets, same windows, same walls, and we just barely got new working bathrooms and water fountains. The good experiences are the lunch and the people you meet, which can change based on the type of student you are. The school is pretty strict, with uniform requirements. You have to wear Radford jackets and sweaters even during the cold season. The school is okay, not the best, maybe for elementary sure.
