Posted by a community member on 10/16/2017Continuous discipline issues and poorly-behaved kids distracting from learning environment for the good kids. Bullies, assaults, yelling teachers. My 3rd grader and 2nd grader have been attacked multiple times. Daughter came home with a black eye from a boy and another boy choked her and covered her mouth. The administration and staff has been pleasant, but my kids hate this school and it is affecting their confidence and education.
Posted by a parent on 1/9/2015I would not recommend this school. My child is in second grade and has not had one day of recess. The principle does an extremely poor job of dealing with discipline problems. There is very little parental involvement. Good teachers but very poor learning environment.

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daugher attended Kinder at Silbernagal and for the most part I was very impressed by the teachers and staff. She has excelled and is well prepared for first grade. I am not happy with the level of customer service from the front end administration. Overall, I am pleased with her kinder education. I did learn the P.E program has no funding and is struggeling to keep kids active due to lack of supplies. Our academics are rigorous and we make sure to include fun activities to keep students engaged in school. Bay Colony is a wonderful place to attend as a student and to work as a professional.
