Del Rio High School

I really enjoy this school, t of course does with its flaws like any other school would have but other than that it is a nice and enjoyable school

The school is overcrowded for the number of students enrolled. I understand that a Federal Court Order confines Del Rio to one school district and only one high school. If the district cannot add a second, much-needed high school, then perhaps it should expand the existing campus. Now that it is 2013, about 40 years since the court issued a one-high school mandate to relieve racial discrimination, population in Del Rio has doubled and human relations have evolved. Either way, the current campus offers a chaotic atmosphere that would make academic excellence a dream more than a reality.

Ok, first of all, i'd like you to know that i am actually a student at this school. I currently attend drhs, and if there's one thing i can honestly say, it's that there are no gang problems here. We have excellent teachers here. Do not believe anyone who writes bad reviews. When i read their reviews, they actually made me cry, because they are putting down our school falsely. I am 16 yrs. Old, a junior this year (09-10), and i think this has to be the best school.
