I have been a parent at kiest since 2012 when my oldest son started kindergarten. The staff and principal turnover rate was ridiculous !!! For the last 4 years the principal Mr. Rubio has kept this school well functioned and is there for parents at all times! He truly cares for the students! I am so pleased to finally have someone who has picked up all the broken pieces left behind ! He is doing such a great job at kiest elementary !

This has been a horrible experience! The teacher and principal take no responsibility or accountability. From not teaching the lessons to falsified grades. The assignments the students are given are well below their grade level.The substitute demonstrates corporal discipline on the students.

Sanger Elementary School has been an exceptional experience for our family, particularly in terms of communication and its strong sense of community. The school's administration and staff excel at keeping parents informed and involved through consistent updates, newsletters, and prompt communication about both academic and extracurricular activities. This openness makes every parent feel engaged and valued as part of their child's educational journey.Beyond communication, Sanger Elementary's community feel is truly special. St. John’s Episcopal School has been an absolute gift to our family. The love, care, and intentional support they’ve shown both of our children goes far beyond what we ever expected from a school. From day one, we felt like we weren’t just enrolling our kids—we were joining a true community.We are especially grateful to Meshea Matthews, whose compassion, advocacy, and guidance were nothing short of life-changing for our family. When our oldest child was diagnosed with dyslexia, she walked alongside us every step of the way, helping us navigate next steps and ultimately supporting us in finding an incredible new school where our child could truly thrive. That level of care—putting the child first, even when it meant helping us transition elsewhere—speaks volumes about the integrity and heart of this school.St. John’s fosters a genuinely caring, family-like environment where every child is known, valued, and supported as an individual. The sense of community among teachers, staff, students, and families is something truly special. On top of that, the facilities are outstanding—beautiful, thoughtfully designed spaces that reflect the school’s commitment to excellence in both education and environment.We often find ourselves saying how much we wish schools like this existed when we were kids. St. John’s sets the bar incredibly high, and we will always be thankful for the role it played in our children’s lives and in our family’s journey. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I am currently a student here, and I would just like to say that I love the education here I love the outdoor program and the camping trips we go on and I love the teachers so much. They are the most helpful people on earth. I love the playgrounds that we get to play on and I think the homework has really helped me learn how to manage my time at home better, and I feel like overall I am just a better person because of this school.I hope that I can keep going here for years to come.
