They are very big with retaliating against students!! They will literally nitpick and bring a child's self esteem down. They fail to properly communicate with students, they talk down to them, they fail to realizes that although these kids are small they are still human. If you ask me Administrators fails to help and guide students to want to become something greater in life, their lack for empathy for kids is horrible and heartbreaking.
