4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is the first year my kids have gone to the school. My daughter is in kindergarten and my son is in third grade. never have I ever been to a school that is so disorganized and some of the teachers are rude. The front office doesn’t ever know anything happening in the classrooms or know about a situation. My daughter got hurt before and I never got a call from the office when she got hurt on the head. Despite my daughter getting hurt, they are bad at communication. My kids are never going to the school ever again worst school ever. I only took them because we live across the street at the apartments. I would give zero stars to this school, but I had to at least give one in order to write the review.I would never recommend this school to anyone!Parent Review2mo ago17 Reviews - Forest North Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI used to love Thoa school. But bullying has gotten out of hand. My son was being verbally bullied. Yes, he threw the kids food out of his hands because he was being really disrespectful. So the kids punches my child twice in the face. They blame my kid. Don't hold the other child accountable. And thats it. Nada. No accountability, no discipline. Im ok with that. We will be transferring schools next year. This school has lost its class and has turned trashy with the people. And their teachers flip a lot. Or they never have enough in one grade so one teacher is struggling. Don't do it. There's pond springs and jollyville right down the street.Parent Review2mo ago13 Reviews - Holy Family Catholic School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm writing this review to help parents who are specifically looking for a Catholic education for their students with learning differences. Our family has found that the sales pitch we received before enrolling our child with learning differences turned out to be just that: a sales pitch. They have a learning support teacher (with no special ed/inclusion education degree) who provides what I would call occasional tutoring and sometimes testing accommodations. Then they have a part-time reading specialist who occasionally works with students who have dyslexia. However, the research-based fidelity of these interventions is severely lacking. Research shows students with dyslexia need 45 minutes of research-backed instruction 4 times/week to make significant gains. This isn't happening here. What's worse, is that the regular classroom teachers are poorly educated on how to reinforce strategies and interventions in their crowded classrooms (25+ kids). Accommodations aren't implemented with fidelity - they're largely viewed as optional since private religious schools are exempt by law from providing any support services to students with any kind of disability. Parents need to educate themselves about what their children really need to be successful before paying the $10,000/year cost of this school. Yes, it costs about that much (the tuition has increased every year for the past several years).Parent Review1mo ago57 Reviews - Hill Country Christian School
