Excellent everything treat I was concern with they addressed

My child is a kindergartner. To me, I honestly think this is the best school for children. I love the small classrooms -- no more than 12 kids are in his class I think. They really teach the kids. He came to the school this year not reading and now he can sound out just about any three letter word and spell it. One thing I can definitely say is this school is ADVANCED. My child has already started cursive writing and is up to ten spelling words a week. They have tests ( math, bible, spelling, reading, etc) They get real grades, not just happy face, sad face, good job, but real grades. I think if you are not going to take the time to reinforce what your child is doing and make sure they do the homework then this may not be the school for you. As I stated this school is tough and advanced in academics, but don't let that deter you or scare you because for some reason your child can learn. They are also strict when it comes to discipline. I am so glad I found this school especially since after care is included. I am telling you that this is by far the best school that your child can go to to get a WONDERFUL loving nurturing education

My son was not accepted due to his learning disability. Over the the phone explained my son's situation she made it sound like it's not a problem she emailed us the paper work and explained to us what we need to do. They also charge me $50.00 dollars to do an entrance test. It's sad after my son took the test she said they will call us back and give us the results. I received the phone call the following day just to be turned down and say they don't have any resources for my son and he didn't do well on his exam! My son was heart broken is this what's chatolic school do not give kids with disability a chance? If she knew my son's situation from the beginning why even waste our time!

My experience has been wonderful! My child is beginning her 5th year with this school. We hope to have continued love and respect in the years to come. I'm 110% satisfied with my decision to enroll her at 3 years of age.

I am so pleased with my grandchildren's progress at Charjean. The entire staff is pretty awesome. We plan on going to school here til graduation in 2024 and 2026. Thank you Charjean for your help in raising these kids. Donna Ball-Sanders.

I love the 2 teachers I know so far this is my kids 1st and last year attending sharp the principal is very unprofessional and over his head he does not know how to talk to parents or the children.

My experience very bad with school...No one rake of kids weather they eat or drink...No sports activities in school...No proper parents teacher meeting...I really not recommend this sherwood elementary school Memphis.. Better parents think about your kids feature before send this school... I rate zero
