Recently we had an incident with our child and the way Mr. Franco and Ms. Botelho handled the situation was on point. They showed us that they do care about their students and they made sure we were updated with every steps they were taking to solve this matter. My son felt like he was being heard and that he was taken seriously and that means the world to me because it boost his confidence and he feels safe in school.
