Just as it was in 2015, people can still just walk into the building and several parents have to fight kids. The kids fight a lot.

I love this school. MY DAUGHTER ATTENDS THE GERMANTOWN SITE, at 5 years old she is reading, writing, siting scriptures, we are amazed. Love the staff, I just want parents to participate more to give children the opportunity to go on more trips and activities. Its affordable so without parents assisting, its easy to miss opportunities. They could incorporate rrcess, but we go to extra curriculum activities so it doeant affect my daughter as much. We won a CSF and turned it down, so that she can stay here. Great job!

Philadelphia Christian Academy (Larchwood Division) is not all it's cracked up to be! My son started in nursery and he is now in 1st grade, we had an excellent start. The nursery and kindergarten teachers(a mother-daughter team) were excellent. It went downhill quickly from there, his kindergarten year was terrible the teacher insulted the children and was a bit rough (witnessed an incident myself). Still decided to give it another try in 1st grade, started okay but now I'm desperate to take him out. They are more interested in the amount of work the children are given rather than how much of the work they understand. The principal is very sweet but she is old and so are her methods. It may sound rude but she needs to retire, it is too much for her to handle!! A lot of good teachers left and my nearly half of my son's class left the school after kindergarten.

Fairy Tale Academy is a Keystone Star 4 facility with a fantastic team of teachers! Sadly, as much as we want to accommodate every family it is not always possible. When our trained Teachers alerted the baby's parents early Monday morning about the diaper rash, they said it was our fault and wanted their money back. Unfortunately, the family did not agree with our policy decision. We want all of our current , former and future parents to be happy and satisfied with all of their cphildcare choices.

This school is absolutely horrible!!!! Beware, specially if you have a student with special needs. I will give very little credit to the special education teachers for they do try to help. However, the school administration is very poor at what they do to support students that don’t fit their agenda as a scholar. They want to remove my daughter from her 3rd class room and put her in a second grade classroom because the teacher don’t want to work with her. They absolutely allow bullying even though they are supposed to be a no bullying school and when the student who has been bullied respond they then want to suspend the student. Let me add they want to give the parents a quick call and say your child is suspended without recording it, so it looks like you the parent is keeping your child from school.Now, if you have a child with special needs definitely reconsider this school, I did everything and got all the medical paperwork for my daughter to get a support staff, and was told to get the support staff through my health insurance, after many ups and downs and having to contact the department of education, which told me the school should provide the support staff my daughter finally got a support staff and actually got into more problems than she did with out her staff. They have no ABA professional on hands to help students, administrators at this school will just use fundings to make themselves look good and act like they are better than the school district, but in fact they are much worse.Their policy is to call parents daily instead of putting a system in place to help students that have ADHD or autism but yet they get the same funding as the school district. Even though my daughter have medical supporting documentation of her ADHD this school called me after school hours to say they are suspending her because she pushed another student who did not provoke her, lies!! In fact she was defending herself because the student actually hit her first and my student has a support staff, so how is all this going on? Where is the staff.Lastly!!! They discriminate against special needs students so much, they are not allowed to participate in after school activities or attend class trips, even with a one on one staff. Then they try to hide what they are doing behind their fake protocols. Why even take money from the school districts when y’all can’t help the students and then suggest the school district for better support? This school needs to be shutdown.
