I loved that they separated out kindergarten and first grade which keeps the young ones from picking up some older kids influences. The only down side was that the class time was
Posted by a parent on 7/3/2016Great idea separating out K and 1st grade, let them stay young a little longer! A green school with state of the art technology, we are so thankful for the SLC! They believe every K/1 student can read, and after 1.2 years with them, my 1st grader is at a 3rd grade level in reading and math!

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall St Eugene's is a lovely environment full of exceptional individuals who really care about the students. It was sad this year that the weekly morning mass was eliminated. It is a nice way to start the day. It also is nice for the community to bond with the school students. This year a teacher was hired who was one of a large family who attended SES. Her sibling graduated this year and the family was part of the community for 23 straight years. It is a huge tribute to the loving family created by the staff. I am hoping the numbers increase as this is a great school for my child to learn to be a loving and caring individual. When they day it takes a village they are not wrong. The combination of staff and parents who care turns out wonderful young people.
