Holland Middle School

I barely remember anything from middle school, but I just remember it being a waste of time. I can't remember one thing I actually learned from going to school here, and all that I do remember was that I was bullied right in front of teachers who did nothing while other kids watched and also did nothing. I had to tell my friend to tell another teacher because I was afraid to say anything, and nothing was really done except for the kids being told not to talk to me by one of the counselors. I don't have any good memories from this school, and I'm glad that I don't have to go back.

This is a great school with dedicated teachers and have an excellent music program. I am so pleased with the teachers and the staff. Kudos to the School Music Program

Test scores are high but being a student here is miserable...believe me i know...i go here. The other lids treat each other terribly. The teachers just don't care. Don't get fooled this place is more like a prison full of wild kids.

My brother is constant victim of bullying in this school and I have gone to the school, even talked to the principal and vice principal, about the how serious it was becoming. They told me nothing could be done because they did not know who was destroying his property during his PE class. YOU CAN QUESTION THE WHOLE CLASS WHO DID IT! To simply say nothing can be done when someone in his class destroyed his personal belongings is unacceptable! Last yr my sister was also in this school when someone stole her phone. I went to the administration office. What they told me shocked me! This woman in the office told me "well ill see if anything can be done. I don't think our school cop can help you." When I asked the lady where on Earth was I suppose to get assistance she then saw I meant business, "okay ill get the cop" she said. He heard her story and told me afterwards that he believed this was caused of "girl drama and my sister was at fault". He offered no help in getting the phone back. I instead got assistance from another lady working in the office. I understand kids will be kids and they will act very rude but the administration is not implementing disciplinary measures. horrible!

This school is unruly and full of spoiled brats and teachers who are old in years and ideas. There is little creativity in the classroom and the style in which the school is run. We transferred in last year knowing our son was only going to be here for one year before moving onto high school. What we found were unkind kids, I'll prepared teachers and unprofessional administrators. I am glad the year is over!
