My child has gotten mis treated by employees and they don't even say anything to the parents. Being that my son is nonverbal autistic, they feel they can talk to my child in all types of ways. At any given moment there are special needs students running the halls because there is no support for them. There is no security and a child could and has left the building without an adult being aware. The principal "encourages" the staff with negative comments leading to very low morale. His spiritual, academic, and physical education are all important and they give him a better education than I could have ever hoping for in a public or charter school. They treat a child like family and show them love and respect with everything they do.
