Earl Boyles Elementary School

Both of my kids attend Cherry Park. Two years ago I pulled them out of another district and brought them to Cherry Park. Best decision I made. They are in 3rd and 4th grade and through this pandemic it has been extremely difficult. Cherry Park is not only a great school but they really treat us like family. They have helped us in so many ways and continue to be incredibly understanding and helpful. Kate Barker is an amazing principle and we are sad to see her go but we are happy that Matt Soule, who seems to be just as amazing as Kate Barker will be taking her place. My kids have had amazing teachers that always go above and beyond. I am very grateful that my kids are part of this community and get to attend such an awesome school!

We love the teachers and students of this community so much but had to leave when we discovered that our children were falling so far behind in class because of the chaos.

Our son has attended Portland Christian for the last 5 years. The teachers, staff, administrators are amazing people that truly love what they do and who work hard to provide academic excellence in a Christian based setting. At an early age, children are taught to respect themselves, their classmates, teachers, and staff. Children are taught about accountability to help prepare them for higher education or life beyond the classroom. The school offers a wide variety of sports and extracurricular activities that have helped our son with personal growth and team building. Our family is thankful to be a part of a school that works together with parents to make sure our children grow academically & spiritually.
