Class Academy

We have two kids at Beach and have had wonderful teachers along the way. We are in the dual language program and have seen incredible progress with our kids. They have lots of support for helping kids with their reading skills beyond just their teachers. There are tons of involved parents that truly care about the community.

My daughter has been at Boise Eliot Humbolt for 5 years and she had a great experience. From Mr. John in kindergarten, the principal, and all the special teachers, she has really become a part of the community. They also have great enrichment opportunities such as swim lessons in 2nd grade at a local community pool, wonderful field trips to plays, bull run watershed, and also have afterschool events for the whole family. It’s such a fun school and we feel so lucky to have it as our neighborhood school.

I have two children at Childpeace and my spouse attended Childpeace decades ago when they were in another location. In my opinion this is the best Montessori school in Portland - from the amazing campus and building to the teachers, support staff and fellow parents we've always felt welcome and our children got the best education possible. The curriculum is fantastic - my kids read several grades ahead, they learned math before kindergarten and they love going to school every day.
