8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMaybe we got unlucky, but communication with my child’s 3rd and 4th grade teachers were non-existent for both of my children who were in different buildings. No weekly newsletters, no updated grades on PowerSchool or Canvas. I never received graded work, very disappointed with the lack of regular communication. Maybe it’s because the class sizes are so big and lack of special education support that teachers are overwhelmed. Intermediate does a much better job at communication.Parent Review1y ago13 Reviews - Robertson Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNot that great of a school breaks my heart to have to send my kids their my sons get told they can’t go to the bathroom when they really need which has resulted in multiple accidents in their pants which they never did before I put them in Robertson and have had to sit in wet pants until end of school ,my children have came home multiple times saying they did not eat lunch because they was at the end of the line and everything was gone when they got up to the front so they had to sit and watch everyone one else eat they do nothing about kids picking or bullying my kids even after my kids tell the teacher but will quickly get on to mine for being “mean” back. my kids went from A’s& B’s at epic charter to not making any sort of progress can barley get a response from teachers among a lot of other problems my kids use to love school now they hate it and it’s a fight because they do not want to go to that school.Parent Review5y ago6 Reviews - Marshall Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe really love this school. As an international family, we felt very welcomed here. The teachers are kind and supportive, and our daughter is happy and confident. She was in another school before with a higher rating, but we like McClure much more — they respect her personality and help her grow without pressure.Parent Review1y ago6 Reviews - Victory Christian School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended victory for 7 years and it truly was an experience. The student body is incredibly rude. Most of the boys make provocative comments to the girls or rude comments about the same girls’ appearances, it just depends on the day. The faculty acts oblivious to any and all bullying that may be occurring. They’re too busy dress coding or drug testing. Not to mention the girls high school dean is no one deserving of that position. She makes a public scene every time she uses disciplinary action against a girl. Half the teachers aren’t qualified to be teaching what they’re teaching. They’re either someone without a college degree with a passion for teaching or a coach filling in a subject missing a teacher. All of the administrators are either friends or family with the pastors or the already placed administrators. The main pastor is not involved in the school at all other than giving occasional speeches. The amount of things that have been swept under the rug make staying away an obvious choice. Many of the beliefs different bible teachers teach don’t align with other bible teachers you may have had or will have making it change for you every year. The girls are highly discriminated against when it comes to dress code. At prom for example the guys were just told to wear suits while the girls had a page of rules and were offered sweatshirts night of in case they weren’t covered up enough. There are also certain sports that are not accommodated including some that were forced to change past the security doors on the church side where they were locked out and sometimes even got in trouble just because they weren’t given a locker room. There is also a drastic difference in the way the faculty and administration treats you before and after you are enrolled. They go from being extremely nice to you, to yelling at you in the hallways for breaking a dress code rule that only applies to the students, not the faculty or teachers themselves. Our education program is also extremely behind. I know someone who transferred to jenks from victory and had to get tutoring because we were so behind. The math department is also super unstable making it difficult to keep up. We also don’t participate in the national honors society, we participate in the Christian honors society due to a few years ago when the principal attempted to kick students off the honors society as punishment for being at a party, but that was not against their (NHS) rulebook so he switched to the CHS.Other Review2mo ago41 Reviews - Metro Christian Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRemarkable! All three of my children have scored nearly two grade levels above their public school counterparts. When my daughter graduated 8th grade she was at a HS sophomore level in reading and math.Parent Review5y ago7 Reviews
