Rosary School

We love Eugene Field. The teacher turnover is minimal which says a lot about a school. Every teacher our children have had are amazing. Extremely knowledgeable with academics but also child development. Our children have excelled in this environment. Such a wonderful community and multiple extra curricular activities.

I have been very satisfied with this school for many years now (this will be my child third year there) and would rate it five stars but, not this year. The previous principle Mr. Randy Brewer ran an excellent school, and allowed the parents to be very involved with the school. However he retired and now there is a new principle (Melinda Elms). By the end of the second week of school she has personally insulted me by assuming I must be a single mother with custody issues, because I enjoy walking my child to class as I have always done. What she asked me about thou none of it being the case is absolutely rude, and if any of it was true it would absolutely be none of her business. The school preaches about how important parent involvement is and building strong relationships with the parents. But they are literally pushing us out the door. I'm not allowed to go into the school at all which upsets me not only has it now broken my tradition with my child, ( As I went to this school also , and we live about five houses up from the school and my mother did the same with me) it seems so wrong that if my minor child is in the care of these people during the day not only should I be allowed in these premises but I should be welcomed . This really doesn't make me want to be involved with the school at all. As they want us to be" involved" but obviously their actions send an entirely different message. I would like to know their reasoning for how a mother walking their child to school and their classroom affects the child or any other child's education.

So glad we moved and my son has one month left. If you are not going to help a student with something they don’t understand, but then at the same time they’re not allowed to take that work home and actually get help with homework… Especially when there is one parent in the house and working two freakin jobs!!!! That is not right

We are halfway through our first year at Cleveland Elementary, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Moving from a state with significantly higher testing and performance benchmarks, we had lofty expectations for public education. Cleveland Elementary has not only met those expectations but has exceeded them in every way.The educators and staff are highly engaged and deeply motivated to help students excel beyond their grade-level benchmarks. At the same time, they approach each child's unique needs with care and thoughtfulness. The level of parent involvement and the faculty's enthusiastic support of it have been nothing short of extraordinary. This partnership between parents and teachers is what truly sets Cleveland Elementary apart.The school radiates a spirit of progress, continuously striving to improve and reach new heights for its students. Words like "good enough" or "settling" are simply not part of the vocabulary here. From the dedicated teachers and staff to the enthusiastic students and supportive parents, everyone is united in the pursuit of excellence. Cleveland Elementary is truly a remarkable place to learn and grow!

This school is rich in diversity and heritage. BJCCS teachers capitalizes on love of God, faith in the Catholic Church, and strong academics. My grandsons attended this institution and continue to excel in their educations today.
