There was slow & terrible communication with a more than finely stafged office, moatly rude & nearly offensive administration except for one office staff, & lower than average grade-level work. I thought we were working UP from CLE city schools; I could not have been more wrong.

Complete lack of awareness on diversity whether racial or disability. There is definite preference for parents that are in the upper-middle class. If your child/family is not in the upper echelon your concerns are not heard. So much focus on test taking and funding they can't be bothered by students
