St Stanislaus Kostka School

Extremely disappointed for the past few years. Overcrowded classes, no recess for the past three years, blended program during pandemic times handled very poorly. Forest Elementary basically offered remote learning at the school property for the blended children. My child is constantly praised and teachers constantly assure me that my child excels in all subjects; however, the report card does not reflect that. The never ending ‘Meet Standard’ grades from top to bottom do not encourage and disappoint very much. Wonder why Forest Elementary choses not to acknowledge outstanding students.

Best elementary school in Ridgewood. Had my son at 239Q and it was a total nightmare. He has an IEP for a self-contained setting and has made incredible progress. Principal Diamond is the best and has chosen excellent, knowledgeable and supportive staff in her school. Highly recommend

This is an excellent school my siblings went here and they are all grown now. They are doing great in there careers and lives. Now my son started Kindergarten and he is enjoying it and the communication with the staff and teachers are excellent.

This school is an amazing school and I have some of my own opinions and they are real bc I was a student there and this year was actually my last year at this school and I have two things that I didn’t like about this school which is probably only in 6th grade but it can happen in the other grades the school favorites The top class bc there is clubs at this school like safety patrol and the nutrition committee and there are also awards for it at the end of the school year for 6th grade and what I know from my teachers is that the safety patrol was only going to be given to the top class same with the nutrition committee and my teachers said they tried for both of them to be available to all 6th grade but could only get safety patrol to be for all 6th grade and my class also was mad bc we only got one time gym and the rest of the 6th grade got two times gym another thing is the lunch aids can get on your last nerve bc one time we got in trouble for literally dropping a lunch box and we had to stay in reassess and at first the lunch aid said that only the boys would stay in but than the girls had to stay in once we also got in trouble for smth that a different class did and sometimes the lunch aid that I had would not let us go to the bathroom overall the school is good but you can experience sexism and favoritism they have good try some can be really really mean some can be the best teachers ever

I started working at Razi last December, and I can already call it my second home. I was welcomed with open arms from the administration, teachers, and students. I truly enjoy every second working as an administrator and as a PE teacher. I simply love everything about this school. Here at Razi the teacher-student ratio is on average 1:10 which is hard to find in other schools. Our school is also very well equipped, an amazing facility with many amenities that other schools may not typically have. As a teacher, I would like to recommend this school for all who would love to work in a welcoming and friendly environment. As a parent I strongly encourage you to consider Razi school for your child. In this school you will find a community that nurtures lifelong learners, and educators that inspire our young students.

The teachers and staff truly go the extra mile. You can tell they genuinely care about each child. They’re always there when you need them, and they’ve created a place where kids feel encouraged, supported, and loved. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a special school!
