My children just started in Pre-K and K - the teachers have been excellent. Very focused on making great humans & encouraging school spirit. The teachers & Principal know my children's names which amazed me. Kids are excited about learning , science, nature, technology. There is a gorgeous library. Cant say enough good things :)

In the best of years SAS is an amazing school! This year it has gone above and beyond to educate the children, make them feel safe and give them some normalcy in what has been a year that has not had much of that! Thank you to the administration, teachers and staff for teaching our kids, their minds and spirit!

Westbury Friends School was recommended to me by a parent who couldn't stop gushing about the school. Now that my child attends Westbury Friends School, I can't either! The school community, teachers, staff and principal, educational program, social-emotional connections, healthy lifestyle, emphasis on the whole child, multi-cultural responsiveness and S.P.I.C.E.S. makes this school so special. Did I mention they have a dual-language Spanish immersion program? The students are not just becoming bilingual, they're becoming biliterate. After a few months, our child is already reading and writing in Spanish and English . We're so glad we made the decision to send our child here and you will be too.

I have two children at WPS. One is in sixth and has been there since first grade. He does not want to go anywhere else, even though there are schools closer to our home. My first grader feels the same. They love their friends and teachers. Great environment fir kids. The students are respectful of each other and the teachers. Great school.
