Phenomenal school. If you have the chance to send your kid here, do it. The depth and breadth of learning starts young, with kids seen as being capable and responsible in the K years.
Posted by a parent on 9/20/2020Our son has been in this school for 2 years now and we are totally satisfied with the teachers, the events organized for the parents. Our son is now fully BI lingual at 5 and enjoys going to school everyday !

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a good school because my child is making academic progress, is excited about learning, and enjoys the school community. The class sizes are larger than the ideal size. Yet, even with the larger class sizes, the teachers meet the challenges and they are experienced and qualified. The parent involvement is great. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a long-time parent and an active member of the school community. The school has been in a decline over the years with current deaf students leaving in droves. It's a shame, because I had high hopes for the school. I would love to see more representation and inclusion from the top-down (including the administrators - none of whom are deaf). Very inconsistent use of ASL - not used in the classrooms, elementary ASL class without a curriculum, and no ASL class in middle school. Academics are strong, hence their Blue Ribbon status! I must add there are (too) many half days that can be difficult to coordinate, since the day would end at 11:30am.Parent Review1y ago
