A deeply disappointing school experience:1. Poor communication: There is no proactive engagement with parents. We were left to independently search for basic information about school activities and requirements.2. Inadequate teaching: Assignment instructions are vague and poorly explained. The teachers appear disinterested in genuinely supporting the students’ learning. After an entire year, my child still struggles to read because no one provided individual assistance or focused attention.3. Bullying issues: My child, an immigrant, endured relentless bullying and verbal abuse from classmates. Over the course of the year, they learned offensive language and were subjected to daily harassment. Despite these issues, teachers failed to intervene or address the harmful behavior, leaving my child to face a hostile environment alone.This school fails to provide a safe and supportive learning space for its students. Leadership and accountability seem absent, and the principal appears ineffective in addressing these critical issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this school to anyone.

St Pius X in School is great place for only rich kids. Their principal is rude to women but nice to men. He has a big ego. In the morning when one drops kids off, they don't have enough stuff to supervise the drop off situation and it's a complete mess every morning.The principal yells at parents if they don't get in the right lane. He is very unprofessional and rude especially to women.On the positive, their math, Spanish, science, music and other teachers are super great! My kid is getting great education even though school is very political. My family is well off but if you are not, then you don't belong here in this school, and your kids won't make any friends and won't be happy.

I had concerns my son wasn’t reading at grade level. I was dismissed at his conferences and told he was doing fine. We decided to pull our children from the school after we felt our concerns were being dismissed. Day one at his public school he was identified as a child who needed immediate academic intervention. After 2 months of reading support his teacher told us he was never taught how to read correctly. Never taught how to decode words. I am so upset I didn’t trust my gut instant and fight harder for my son. Instead he spent many days looked over because he’s a good student and the attention was spent on the kids whose parents intervene daily at pick up or drop off or the students who had break downs daily. My other child was leaning math 2 years above his grade level. When I questioned this, I was dismissed. He was graded on a “curve” and never earned below a 90 to keep parents happy. He spent 2 years retaining nothing in math and never learning the skills needed in middle school. He quickly learned in his new school that teachers do not grade on a curve to keep parents happy. The grade he earned is the grade he received. He was also subjected to a student who would disrupt class daily and because the student’s mother paid full tuition he was never dealt with and his behaviors disrupted the education for many students. Hearing that my son was never taught the skills to successfully learn how to read is sad. But I’m glad we have moved on and his current school is helping him. Think twice before you invest money into this education.

This school has significant issues with leadership, integrity, and inclusion. A few years ago, a child with autism was excluded from kindergarten graduation simply because of his diagnosis. That heartbreaking act caused multiple families to leave—and the harmful culture has only continued.While students with disabilities are technically welcome, families should know that if a child isn’t performing at a level deemed “acceptable” by the administration, they will be excluded from school performances and public events. Tutoring or academic support is not offered—even when directly requested. Extra help is virtually impossible to obtain.The administrator rules with fear. She does not tolerate being challenged, and families or staff who raise concerns often face consequences. Teachers are leaving due to low pay, lack of support, and the toxic environment. One beloved teacher was fired mid-year with no notice, and the administration falsely claimed she retired—simply because she stood up to the administrator.Parents are not allowed to be involved unless they’re affiliated with the church. No parent-teacher organization is permitted, and school board meetings are closed. Communication is poor, often last-minute, and there is little to no opportunity for feedback. The school focuses heavily on memorization and academics, with no meaningful effort to support social or emotional growth—and leadership does not reflect the heart of Christ.The administrator runs the school alongside her parents, with no oversight. It’s our opinion that the lead pastor, whose housing is paid for by the church, has little control over the school. With his own family to consider, he appears unable or unwilling to confront the administration, leaving the leadership family in total control.This is not a nurturing, inclusive, or Christ-centered environment. The culture is one of fear, exclusion, and control. Many families and teachers have quietly left, heartbroken and disappointed, in search of a healthier place for their children to grow.

Not a great school. Middle school classes are so small and kids don't feel they belong there unless you grew up in the neighborhood. There is no diversity here.Girls have the hardest time at this school since teachers don't teach them how to be kind and accept one another. It's only ok for kids if parents are very rich. If you are middle class and don't drive latest Mercedes or Porche car, DO NOT send your kids here, they won't be accepted and would be made of fun of and bullied every day.
