This academy educates children from Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade. This school it enhance my vocabulary. MY school is a bully free school. The environment is very safe. S
Posted by a community member on 5/12/2014Saint francis is bad school to put your children. Kids bullying the other kids nothing get done by the principal sr theresa Barbara etc. They dont communicate with the parent .
Posted by a parent on 5/12/2014St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Academy is a great school. The teachers put in enough effort to help students with upcoming State Tests. I'll like to say that one teacher, Ms. Ferdinand, puts in a lot of effort with her class(es).

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagei absolutely regret sending my child here. This school is run like a zoo and the students run wild. The principal shows how much he is not in control nor does je tru to get a handle on things when they get out of hand. I'm sure my child could have gotten a better education at another school. The teachers are in a tough position because i feel like they are only soing what they are told to do. If you don't have a good leader then how do you expect others to follow. Our child is eager to go to school everyday, where Ms. Titus provides a nurturing and safe learning environment for all. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy oldest son attended Mary Bobb, the Winthrop location, when he was 2.5 years old and still wearing pampers. He was always greeted with kindness, taught to be respectful and and was even potty trained there. He enjoyed going to daycare everyday. We loved his teacher Ms. Yvonne.
