Staff needs to be on the same page, and they all should have the same information - I can ask 5 different staff members the same question and get 5 different responses. Some teachers believe they can follow their own schedule. They lack communication when convenient to them. They speak to children as if they are less than they are. The lunch room is literally as big as 2 classrooms combined. Students that bully students get sit downs like if they are babies. Students that don't follow the schools policies receive no punishment.
