5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy two kids attended to school for about four years! They’re reading and writing is so under developed due to the lack of teaching. I can’t believe half of the stuff I’ve seen in the school. There is a parent that drops off their kid at seven in the morning every single day while teachers walk by him and do absolutely nothing while he sits outside for two hours, I’ve seen teachers laugh at children when they have a little bit of a meltdown. I’ve seen teachers in hallways while I pick up my kids talking about how horrible their classes are as the kids stand there next to them hearing all of this, and the two principles are the worst human beings of all my son was attacked by two girls proceeded to get suspension and then threatened by one of the fathers during a school activity night. This school does not care about any students worst mistake coming to the school and I regret not pulling out my kids earlier.Parent Review2mo ago21 Reviews - Dorothy Eisenberg Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe new administration is vile…. Bring back Miss Jerome. This is my son’s 3rd year here, he is diagnosed with OCD and of course they’re in elementary and have behavioral issues sometimes. But this new singling my child out and suspending him for something all the other kids are also doing? Then a grown man raising his voice and scaring my child so badly he was crying for 3 hours after school? Disgusting. This school was so amazing, it’s turned to absolute garbage with this new administration.Parent Review10mo ago12 Reviews - Edythe & Lloyd Katz Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLummis Elementary school is a place where students are provided with experiences to enrich their minds, social skills and learn to be outstanding citizens in the community. Students are surrounded by faculty who demonstrate exceptional dedication to their profession. Community outreach experiences provide Lummis Lasers with an opportunity to look past themselves and find joy in caring for others. The PTA is a wonderful bridge between school and home- always organizing activities to engage families in their students education. The administration is passionate about what’s best for kids. They set high expectations for behavior, which has unfortunately become lax in other schools. This allows for maximized learning time with minimized interruptions. If you are looking for a place to be an equal partner in your child’s education and part of a community with a shared focus on creating life long learners, Lummis is the place for you.Parent Review6mo ago17 Reviews - Richard H Bryan Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt is very unfortunate that my children are zoned for this school. I have had nothing but issues with the principal, Mrs Mora. She has been extremely difficult to work with in situations where my child's safety has been compromised, and were her mental well-being and happiness have been compromised as well. I have had to call the school district on several occasions just to get a simple resolution.I have spoken with several teachers that have also left the school due to her failure as an administrator. She is known for being unaccommodating and unsupportive. Unfortunately, my family has been victim this behavior as well Classroom sizes are also expected to be beyond 40 students per class, which I also find ridiculous, considering perfectly qualified and excellent teachers have left the school due to this poor administration. If your child is not already enrolled in the school, look for another please! My family has a very long road ahead of them looking for another school that will support their mental health, happiness, educational needs, and safety.Parent Review2w ago17 Reviews - Mountain View Lutheran School
