This is a great school with great teachers… this school should be ranked top 20 out of 90 elementary schools in Las Vegas…

My two kids attended to school for about four years! They’re reading and writing is so under developed due to the lack of teaching. I can’t believe half of the stuff I’ve seen in the school. There is a parent that drops off their kid at seven in the morning every single day while teachers walk by him and do absolutely nothing while he sits outside for two hours, I’ve seen teachers laugh at children when they have a little bit of a meltdown. I’ve seen teachers in hallways while I pick up my kids talking about how horrible their classes are as the kids stand there next to them hearing all of this, and the two principles are the worst human beings of all my son was attacked by two girls proceeded to get suspension and then threatened by one of the fathers during a school activity night. This school does not care about any students worst mistake coming to the school and I regret not pulling out my kids earlier.

My son goes here and he absolutely loves it the teacher he has and has had are always so nice I have messaged them with concerns about homework, recess time or info and they always respond within that day as well as when my son has missed school they contact me to make sure everything is okay , the principal depaolo is super welcoming and very communicative, I am ready glad with the staff and all they do for the kids

They set high expectations for behavior, which has unfortunately become lax in other schools. This allows for maximized learning time with minimized interruptions. If you are looking for a place to be an equal partner in your child’s education and part of a community with a shared focus on creating life long learners, Lummis is the place for you.

So much bullying going on at this school since my children been going here my daughter has the same grades since the beginning of the year.If your child has developmental delay issue and have the same grade for the whole year that means the school not doing their job or it's discrimination against the child.
