Read what parents are saying about Benjamin Franklin Elementary SchoolGreat school with a lot of focus on STEM education. Teachers and staff are very friendly and ensure optimum teacher to student ratio. Character building and kindness are two strong pillars of this school and kids are rewarded for being kind and nice with fellow students. PTO is very active and plays a great part in community engagement. It’s a very happy place.
Posted by a parent on 6/30/2023My daughter did well in her studies and at this school; with the school now having a new principal and the school district a new superintendent, I’m positive the school and the district will continue to develop successful students.

Posted by a community member on 11/21/2015Great school and a very good school district. Friends who moved to other school districts especially West Windsor, Plainsboro etc repent having done so, as they are overrated compared to Lawrence. Lawrence has the necessary funds and hires a lot of great teachers. Mrs. Muzy is an award winning teacher who runs the Gifted program at this district. My child is in the gifted program and benefited greatly from it. The rest of the teachers are really caring and great as well. This is as good as a private school with the kind of attention and care your child will receive. We are extremely happy with this school as well as the school district.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has received the Federal Recognition of Blue Ribbon School For 2023. This is a great achievement and only 6 elementary schools have received this honor in NJ. You can google and see yourself. It is the best. Great schools rating is way off - please correct this school’s rating.Parent Review9mo ago - Lawrenceville Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLES is the best! Both of my children are currently attending as first and third graders and have been attending since PreK. I love the focus on social emotional learning too. The teachers are amazing. The only thing I wish is that it went to 5th grade so my kids could stay longer.Parent Review2y ago - Little Friends

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI pulled my four-year-old son from the Pre-4 class at St. Ann's and know others who have pulled their children from the school, as well. My son was belittled, at *four years old* for not being able to read and write yet. He spent his time in pre-school doing worksheets instead of playing. He began telling me he did not want to go back to school, and it is no wonder. The teacher was incredibly rude and condescending to my son's grandmother, criticizing my son *in front of him.* After pulling my son from the school, all of my requests to meet with the principal were ignored. St. Ann's also kept the remainder of my tuition for the rest of the year, despite the fact that I was forced to pull him from the school because of their teacher. Do not send your preschooler to this school!!Parent Review6y ago - Chapin School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school offers an outstanding academic foundation where students thrive in all curriculum areas surrounded by teachers that are enthusiastic and caring and get to know each student's strengths and weaknesses. Even better... you couldn't ask for a nicer group of students and families!Parent Review2y ago - Princeton Junior School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth of my children attended PJS and my family had an excellent experience there. Neither of my children was comfortable speaking in front of a group when they arrived at PJS. The emphasis on public speaking and presentation throughout the program proved to be very valuable and set my children up to be confident students who are comfortable sharing and defending their work throughout and beyond their academic years. There were many community events during the school year, and my wife and I made some of our best friends there. I was always struck by the happy and warm environment.Parent Review8mo ago
