The school offers excellent programs and clubs, and the teachers actively listen to both students and parents.

New parents may struggle to learn the ropes as there is very little newbie guidance and there is so much information shared without consistent connection to direct instructions. However, there is year over year consistency in policy and procedure AND it is more than evident that the teachers and staff are fully engaged with their parent community, They WANT to partner with us. That’s rare and wonderful. I’m proud my children are part of this school community.

One of the worst school ever. I would never recommend anyone to enrolled their kids in this school. Inexperienced teacher.

Our family was defrauded by Cedar Hill Prep.We were promised small class sizes and first-class facilities. When our child started school, it was apparent that they had repurposed an old storage room, and that the student:teacher ratio was far worse than advertised.When we complained about the state of the classroom, rather than do the right thing and hire additional staff, the school administration expelled our child from the school on zero days' notice, despite having no documented behavioral or academic issues of any kind. During the expulsion meeting, the administration admitted to being unable to hire additional staff and _intentionally_ overbooking the class sizes during registration.The founder of this school is obsessed with metrics. If your child represents a threat to one of those metrics (be it student-teacher ratio, standardized test scores, etc.) then they will absolutely throw your child under the bus to make the school look better. Be warned.

Current school leadership owes the outgoing class and parents an apology for lacking objectivity and for telling teachers and staff that they can not wait for this class to leave the school. Do they have 35 more students incoming for next school year to fill this void? How much money from these families - that bridges were burned, has been left on the table? Clearly there is only concern for the leadership's feelings and not of the jobs of the teachers or staff. Lack of consistency and objectivity regarding punishments and infractions has been shown loud and clear. If leadership is gossiping and speaking badly about a child or family to you - wake up - because they are also speaking this way about you and your family.
