However, there is year over year consistency in policy and procedure AND it is more than evident that the teachers and staff are fully engaged with their parent community, They WANT to partner with us. Do they have 35 more students incoming for next school year to fill this void? How much money from these families - that bridges were burned, has been left on the table? Clearly there is only concern for the leadership's feelings and not of the jobs of the teachers or staff. Lack of consistency and objectivity regarding punishments and infractions has been shown loud and clear.
