This is the worst school in the whole state (even schools in Paterson and Newark produce better students). Only positive thing in the school were the pregnancy tests that young female students constantly had to take in the nurses office .

The school offers many programs that cannot be found at other schools. The Music program lead by Dr. Hollander is second to none. Englewood

I would highly recommend this school. The PTA is very involved and has put together some great programming for the kids. They provide the kids with tablets for remote learning, there's small classes so they get individual attention and each class got 2 teachers plus teacher assistants. Kindergarten focused on teaching them how to read, write, and early math. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is now in Englewood, with the same administration. For our family, it has been a lousy experience. Students do not learn adequate math or science because they spend enormous amounts of time in French language. They need to focus on topics that will help students succeed in American Middle schools. There are not enough extra-curriculars and after school programs. The students who try to get into competitive private schools for 6th grade entry do not get into their dream schools. I didn’t wait around to find out! We saw the writing on the wall and left in second grade. Now my child is in a competitive K-12 located in the city.
