Read what parents are saying about The King's Christian SchoolMy disappointment is deepened by the apparent preferential treatment for Christian families. It seems King's Christian School welcomes only those who share their faith, a stark contradiction to their stated mission. Using the name of God while not welcoming non-Christian families is deeply disappointing and casts a shadow on the school's values.Shame on King's Christian School for their actions, which do not align with their professed mission and values.
Posted by a parent on 10/8/2023No, just No going to this school is a waste of money!
Posted by a parent on 3/6/2023I attended this school from K-12. It is not a good school. I was very underprepared for college. Some of the teachers were kind and good teachers, but overall they did not have a background in education and were not adequately trained to teach. Little was done to appropriately screen faculty and when concerns were raised about faculty that endangered students, it was ignored and students who brought it to the attention of the administration were punished. There was no apology or support given to the students endangered or hurt by the faculty. This is not a place you want to trust with your children. It's also an incredible waste of money. So many public schools in South Jersey are very highly rated. Save your money. Give your kids a better education.
Posted by a community member on 12/18/2022There is significant faculty turnover at The Kings Christian School because the pay is poor and the workload is high. The elementary and middle school/high school operate in many regards as if they were two different schools. Previous leadership came off as sharp and condescending that left a poor impression and lingering bitter taste. That said, there are some individuals among the faculty and staff that are some of the best sort of people who sincerely love God and the students and are exemplary Christian role models for living out servant leadership.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you love your child, do not send them to this 'school'.We sent our child here and had to take her out after half a year. There were multiple incidents of bullying and/or kids just misbehaving and the school not handling those situations properly. I had no false hope that every kid would act like an angel 100% of the time and believe I was realistic in hoping that if and when a child would not behave well, the teachers would know how to handle it- boy, was I wrong! My daughter was scratched, pushed, hit, had her leg stood on by a boy (to which the teacher just told the other kid not to do it bc my daughter didn't like it.... Because so many people would)The straw that broke the camels back was: my husband arrived to pick up my daughter and noticed a bump/bruise on her head. He asked the 3 teachers at the door what happened. They all said they didn't know. Our daughter told us that a boy (who had done other things to her in the past and sounded to be an overall behavioral issue), hit her in the head with a stick on the playground. I asked if a teacher saw. She said no. She said she told a teacher and that teacher put the kid in timeout. Ok, fine. BUT, she happened to be one of the teachers at the door that said she didn't know what happened to my daughter....In all the time my daughter went yo the school, we felt they operated in the dark. We never received an email about any incidents and when we brought it to her teachers attention, he said he would look into it and get back to me. Never did. After this last incident, they also said they were going to investigate and interview the teachers and get back to me with their findings. They never did.It became very obvious to me that this school was all about collecting $$, but not providing even the basic service of safety, not to mention an education.I am not an unreasonable individual, and if they had just communicated when things happened and told me how they remedied it, I would have been ok.Send your child elsewhere..... there are plenty of good schools out there. This is not one of them.Parent Review5mo ago - Resurrection Catholic School & Preschool
