Hamilton School

This was not a great experience in my years in this school. I was consistently abused, harassed and bullied. The school doesn’t support growth and tries to wash outcast students out of the picture which makes the students believe they never belong here. Better send your child to a private school, certainly not here.

This has been one of the worst experiences my family has ever had at a school. The principal, guidance counselor, and some of the teachers present themselves as kind and supportive, but their actions say otherwise. I was forced to go back and forth repeatedly just to address concerns regarding my child, which was exhausting and unnecessary. Communication was poor, and it often felt like our concerns were dismissed rather than genuinely addressed. As a parent, I expected collaboration and support, but instead I encountered resistance and a lack of accountability.

Both of my children have flourished at RVM. While both my kids have very different personalities and learning styles the teachers at Montessori met them where they were and encouraged them to grow in ways that were helpful for their different personalities. What we love the most about RVM is the flexibility in teaching styles to help cultivate learning and growing in each student.

Dr. Maggie isn't an educator, she's a business woman. The children never go outside and are basically robots. If you challenge her, she'll kick you out. The teachers there will make assessments regarding your child's mental status. I'm not kidding, if they think your child is a problem they will label them. One last thing to consider, there isn't one special needs child there. They won't allow it.

The care and development of one’s child is among the most sacred responsibilities in which a parent can entrust others. Enrolling our son in his new school probably made us feel more vulnerable than him! From day one, our experience with the staff at Albrook, especially his teachers and aftercare aids, has only made us feel comfortable with our decision. From our regular amazement at his pace of learning, to his obvious enthusiasm when talking about his classmates and teachers, we’re so appreciative of his time at the school and look forward to many more smiles in the future. My three daughters attended this preschool. All three had a great experience during the time they attended. The teachers are loving, caring and knowledgeable individuals when it comes to child care. They always treated us like family. My girls learned so much and it has established a great learning foundation. They were well prepared for the transition into kindergarten.

I am not sure where to begin…three years ago I sent my son to A Preschool Place and Kindergarten with a good feeling and high hopes. Our experience has far exceeded any expectation I had. In fact, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I watched with amazement as my son progressed through the 3’s, 4’s and Kindergarten classes. I am in awe with the confidence, sense of respect and enthusiasm for learning that the teachers and staff instilled in my son. I am so glad that I made the decision to keep my son there through Kindergarten. I just wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to the amazing teachers and staff. I can’t imagine ever feeling more comfortable entrusting my sons early education then I did with A Preschool Place and Kindergarten. Every day I knew that I was sending my son off to a safe, warm, loving and nurturing environment. I can tell you from the bottom of my heart…we cherished every moment of this experience - thank you so very much.
