Awful school! Anyone can pick up your child with no identification and Teachers do not listen!

We have wonderful families who want their children to learn the Bible as well as getting a Strong Academic foundation. We have well-rounded students whose Bible, Math, Language Arts, Literature, Science, Social Studies, Foreign Language, Physical Education, Art, Music, and Enrichment classes enable them to reach their full potentials. We are new to the SJRS educational system and are very happy so far. The approach is very kind and personalized with a community of faculty and parents who have been extremely supportive.

I attend this school and I have so many friends! I know the year has only just begun but I'm so excited for everything! GO DCA!!!

Run away! The school pretends to be all art/Nature/Waldorf - but caters to the international residential soccer academy in the high school. Everything they do is to keep this source of income for these students. Everything.

I highly recommend this school as a place of respect and kindness with classic Montessori values in which children thrive. The academic program is excellent, in particular their math and language programs. The campus is beautiful and the teachers are excellent. The pre-school and Lower Elementary classrooms are stellar. And the Junior High classroom is small and intimate, and a beautiful place for kids who are starting to try to figure out who they are and how they fit in the world during what can be a tumultuous time for a young teen. The school offers international trips, camping trips, Latin, Italian, and numerous field trips. Excellent school.
