As with all schools our kids had a better connection with some teachers over others but that is to be expected. The office staff was great! If you live in the dist

I can say with confidence, Aldrich Elementary blows them all out of the water. I have been so impressed by the strides my children have made in just the last year. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis administration at the school (front office) is poorly ran. This woman is not a natural born leader. She barks orders, instead of leads. The principal is a nightmare to work for as she is doesn't understand a community of teachers and grace when it comes to her employees. As far as how she handles students, I've seen 1st hand the unknowing, blatant, unaware racism she isn't aware she shows to specific students. This woman is data driven crazy woman who looks at students and staff as just numbers and never gets to really know her staff. However, Millard will not do anything because this woman is on her way out anyway (thank the lord).
